Tuesday, February 9, 2016 - Like my former note. Matched very well with the meal with grilled mackerel with stewed plum like in Sofie Grigson’s book „Fish!”. At the fourth day sweeter and less fresh than at the first, also with muscat. Very good wine! 88(-89).
