Wednesday, April 2, 2008 - This is my first example of a Sancerre and wasn't sure what to expect. Nice light golden colour. Green apple, minerals and some white peach on the nose. Decent acid in the mouth, flavours of peach and apple, stone and minerals...seems a little flabby. 15+ second finish. A decent effort.
