Thursday, February 21, 2019 - First time trying a birth year bordeaux. It's definitely past it's prime, if you have any of these remaining drink them soon. Other tasting notes are spot on, lots of acid on the back end. It took about 45 min to open up and then it had about an hour of life left in it.
