Wednesday, August 18, 2021 - Just now starting to get integrated. Drank one glass the first night and put it in a decanter overnight. Sooooo much better the second day! Very elegant, but still youthful and powerful.

10/7/2021 5:12:00 PM - It was drinking well. I think I decanted it for 3-4 hours. I am back logged on my tasting notes but I believe I gave it a 95.
