Wednesday, July 13, 2016 - Gorgeous yellow colour. Great nose! Really intense fruit... loads of mango and pinapple plus apricot. Fantastic flavour in the mouth. Fruity, but balanced well by the acidity. Fantastic focus in the mid-palette. In the glass this evolves quite substantially in a short amount of time. The tropical fruit notes are replaced by fresh apple with oxidative components. Really beautiful. This is a very fun wine to enjoy over a couple of hours, and an excellent way to train your palette.
