Sunday, March 17, 2024 - What is this? Super interesting. I think this has skin contact and I think it was aged in clay tinaja. It has a slightly brassy/bruised color. It isn't oxidized but the fruit is on the desiccated side. It drinks more like tea than normal wine (it would probably be really interesting with Japanese food preparations). My last bottle and I'm not sure Eric makes it anymore.
