Sunday, December 26, 2021 - A well stored bottle. After an hour and a half decanting, notions of cherry, pomegranate, and the classic sous bois were very pronounced.
The palate felt concentrated, defined by a rather youthful acidic vein. Finely textured.
Noticeable age, a bit to go in the tank for this one. No issues with oxidation.
