Saturday, January 21, 2017 - Bolognese and doughnuts (Tim's, SF): Friulano with Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling
12 months in 'neutral' French oak.

Pale yellow color.

Beautiful nose! Tropical fruit - papaya, passionfruit. A suggestion of mint leaf and key-lime pie (oak with pyrazines - from sauv blanc).

Medium body, feels 13%, screaming high acid that cleans out the slight phenolic bitterness (from Friulano). Lush and electric, all at the same time. Great integration, no bitterness, long finish.
