Saturday, February 20, 2016 - Deep purple colour. Expressive and fragrant nose displaying notes of ripe blackberries, black currants, lavender, anise and hints of neutral oak.

It is dry in the mouth with velvety gentle tannins and a medium+ well-integrated alcohol. It shows a medium acidity and a medium+ juicy flavour intensity with a medium+ finish.

Quite nice wine for its price point. Lenghty, tasty and with a nice balance between alcohol, fruit concentration and alcohol. The nose is attractive but it lacks a some of complexity. Enjoyable and easy-drinking but lacking depth.
