Friday, September 3, 2021 - DEM - nice nose, smooth, full bodied without being jammy. Good acidity. Balances out the fruit/jammy. Still elegant. I fucking love it.

DAC - with pesto pasta, the wine showed off (99!). Good viscosity. Without food, get some residual sweetness. There is a balance between elegance and jammy that benefits from food. On its own, tends to sweet.
