Monday, March 6, 2017 - P&p; best with 30+ minutes of air in the bottle. Pretty, floral, leafy, sappy/tarry, delicately spicy aromas, overlaying barely ripe mixed berries with their seeds. Similar flavors but with somewhat friendlier, juicy fruit; good fresh acidity; quite tasty/moreish. Weightless, highly drinkable. Good stuff.
