Tuesday, December 4, 2012 - This bottle was decanted about an hour before consumption began. The nose was effusive from the very beginning with dark fruits, sweet oak and herbs in the mix. I was worried my bottle might be corked as other reviewers have had flawed bottles, but this wine was drinking beautifully and still has life left in it for sure. Balanced with fully integrated tannins and acid and tons of fruit and a great finish. Wish I had more........ I liked it as well as the 1996 Dominus that was in the lineup this night.
