Saturday, September 20, 2014 - This was really singing tonight. Popped and poured and immediately the floral nose was washing out of the glass, you could smell it from a distance. Beautiful fruit, acidity and oak integration. This was not quite as good as the 1996 Pucelles we had earlier this year but wow this was impressive. Real treat if you have not had mature white burg. Paired great with scallops and creamy escargot!
