Monday, November 12, 2007 - Decanted for two hours before having with raspberry filled semi-sweet chocolate mousse. This was a great pairing and a wonderful port. Nice, sweet bramblebush notes along with some candied almonds and a medium finish. One of my favorite domestic ports.
