Monday, November 30, 2020 - Better than the bottle I had last year. I had lots of leftovers from Saturday nights dinner so I heated up some steak, ribs and brisket and opened this wine. I gave it a couple of hours open before we started drinking it and that along with the choice of foods probably made the difference. The nose is dark fruit. The palate is a mixture of blueberry and blackberry, some tree bark and white pepper. The finish was moderate to long.
