Thursday, November 16, 2023 - Honey and nugget flavors compliment grilled lemon and slight burnt sugar (not sweet) notes, this is a Bechalin that is a bit oxidized, but luckily not too brassy, with medium to light perlage and a long smooth finish.

A completely different animal from the 2013 Bechalin, which is so much more electric. Vintage variation between 13 and 14 seems to play a factor here. I’d hold the 13 for a while, but this 14 seems like it wants to be consumed earlier than later.

Disgorged 2021 (I didn’t catch the month).
