Monday, November 14, 2011 - ‎2004 caymus special select. Really coming of age. Beautiful wine with great delicacy and balance. Nose had light backing spice AMD red fruit. Body was very smooth and many layered. Finish for a minute. Not a single misstep. Pdq96
