Tuesday, January 1, 2013 - High-toned red fruits with an underlying darker layer. Very fresh for its age. Good soil component on the nose as well. Sleight funk. Palate is awash in red fruits; raspberry, pomegranate, strawberry and cranberry. Beautiful legs. Exceptional balance with true minerality connecting all the dots to the fruit driven delicate finish. Not the best QPR, but a special occasion wine for sure.
