Monday, May 29, 2023 - This clear and deep purple in colour wine was drank at home with the Coravin. Tons of ripe cherries on the nose mixed with Black pepper. In the glass were those same cherries mixed with ground spices and pepper. There was also a noticeable amount of oak flavours. The tannins were at a mid level while the acidity was quite strong. You may want to filter this wine due to the amount of sediment.
