Saturday, May 27, 2023 - Finished the last half of a bottle I first coravined a year ago. Still fresh as the first glass. Firm tannins, nice red fruit and savory herbs. The 14.5% ABV felt well integrated, really only showing itself when there was some spice in my food. Two more bottles of this in my cellar, and I am in no rush to get to them, this feels like it has many years to go. Will probably check back in 2-3 years.
