Sunday, May 13, 2018 - Decanted for an hour so. Sipped it before meal and was not impressed. Light without much body. Bring on the filet mignon and this wine transformed into utter delight. It became richer, fuller and bolder. Clearly a great food wine. OK as a stand alone, but it shines with the right food pairing.
