Sunday, July 23, 2023 - This is firing on ALL cylinders right now. A tiny touch of reduction on the nose that quickly blows off. On the palate, this is generous, but also focused. Lots of lemon, apple, crushed seashells, and a touch of sea salt. There's ample body and acidity. Really well balanced. Fantastic, lingering, finish. Chablis is capable of a certain magic, but often fails to achieve. This wine, however, hits the mark and then some. Drink or hold. Bottled under natural cork.
