Monday, December 20, 2010 - Upon opening, lovely creamy chocolate and cherry flavors. After a few hours decant, telluric and pepper notes start evolving. This is by no means a "classic "or "big" Montrose, suggesting a more paired-back, toned-down approach to the vintage.
