Friday, July 17, 2020 - This wine remains a deep crimson colour with a thoroughly classic nose of crushed blackcurrants, garnet plums, liquorice and cedar. The palate is medium weight with a lovely line of ripe fruits backed by cedar and tobacco. The palate is well balanced with a line of fine tannins that persists beautifully. Overall this is a juicy 2002 with plenty of classic character.
