Friday, July 23, 2021 - Private dinner (Nidau): Decanted an hour before dinner. Classical and elegant, not as much power as in other vintages of this wine but very balanced, good acidity, red and black berries, a hint of tertiary notes, long finish. Drink now or within the next eight to ten years.
