Thursday, August 11, 2016 - Buttery and sesame oak wrapped around waves of grilled pineapple and cooked mango, very tropical but structured, balanced with acidity. Not yet super-defined but very pleasurable to drink. Winner against Silex 2012 and Blanc de Lynch Badges 2014.
