Thursday, May 30, 2013 - Wine Flock Dinner (Caro Mio - Chicago, IL): Currant and road tar.
A little black olive. Gorgeous palate.
Balanced and soft. A little heat and tannins showing nice resolved qualities.
Still could use a few more years.
