Friday, May 20, 2022 - A good accompaniment to a salmon, spinach and roast potatoe dinner. A bit restrained with the fruit but a solid core of flavor that did not get tired over the evening. Flavors were enjoyable and included for us blackberries, cherries, light leather and granite,
