Wednesday, October 5, 2016 - The nose showed concentrated black cherry and raspberry, infused with aromas of smoked meat, earthy minerals, spice and dusty soil. On the palate, I found silky textures contrasted by fine tannin, displaying dark red fruits, balsamic tones and minerals. It finished long on saturating dark red and black fruits and a coating of gripping tannin.
