Thursday, May 25, 2017 - SLDS May Catchup Event: Blind. Light herb, lemon, pear, musk and flint - I thought this was Bordeaux blanc. A savory herbal note across the palate works well to give it interest, not particularly high in acid, this feels like it is ready to drink now. Actually found this enjoyable but the price is a bit of an issue locally.
