Thursday, January 1, 2015 - Deep garnet in colour. Soft and subtle aged Super Tuscan. Fruit is fading but still a very classy, balanced wine. Drunk over 4 hours, the wine showed savoury flavours of cassis, earth, tea and leather. Definitely peaked, this won't get any better. Although a treat, for the price a bit simple and lacking complexity. A drink now proposition.
