Sunday, January 19, 2020 - Dark fruit, some savory elements to the aromatics. Varietally correct, but not particularly distinctive yet. Palate is medium-full, with solid fruit that is beginning to relax from the density of youth. The tannins are fine and well buffered by the fruit, and the acidity is perfectly integrated to give this a fresh lift without any brightness. This has nice balance and should continue to age gracefully for a while yet.
