Wednesday, May 10, 2023 - A legendary wine. I can count myself lucky with this bottle that had no defects at all.
An exceptional wine, a beautiful aromatic complexity: honey, grapefruit, quince, vanilla, thyme. And more almonds, mango and nutmeg. Perfectly balanced acidity and body. Elegant, dense and long finish. A wine to remember.
Warning, do not taste it too cold: you risk losing the very philosophy and essence of this wine.
