Monday, January 15, 2024 - Wonderful fresh melon nose. Palate shows summer fruits with first pour, becoming slightly herbal, hint of oak, with air. Has balance and acidity to last. But terrific now. Nice when paired with crab cakes. Probably great with broiled lobster.
