Tuesday, April 2, 2024 - Always a solid showing. Double decanted and aerated for 30mins thereafter, then we were off to the races! Medium acidity and great viscosity. Lavender and floral overtones on bouquet. Nice creamy buttery mouthfeel probably from malolactic fermentation. Raspberry, strawberry, and some gooseberry. Paired with lamb chops. A great QPR and a good go to wine. Just coming into the window. Recommend.
