Tuesday, September 27, 2016 - A promising young bubbly from the killer '08 vintage. Nose is exuberant and full with melons and florals. Palate is full bodied with a substantial bead and firm acidity. Chalky and biscuity. Certainly has upside as it matures and unfolds.
