Monday, April 17, 2017 - nice, clean golden color. Very fruity nose. A little quiet on the palate. Lots of white flowers and lemon. Nice, lively acidity. This tastes a little down-scaled. Straight medium bodied. Don't feel the oak so much. Could be a super light California chardonnay. Light and fresh all around. This is a summer white Burgundy.
