Sunday, June 27, 2021 - Deep golden. Nose mostly a honey-type note. Good (slightly too prominent) acidity and mouthfeel. Not much fruit left. Maybe a hint of apples. A touch perhaps of lemons. It is quite honied. Some spice from the oak still evident. Medium length. I did enjoy this, at this age. Well made.
