Saturday, March 14, 2009 - Decanted one hour before drinking. Started out soft and without much character. Another 10 minutes in the glass and it came alive. Wonderful fruit, blackberry, smoke, a touch of spice, with a long finish. Have another two and plan to try to get a few more.
