Tuesday, September 28, 2021 - During a lovely Cote Rotie dinner this was the first wine on theme - served blind. We knew it was 78 and it had that nose reminiscent of Guigal Hermitage 78 I have been having the fortune of drinking through quite a few lately. Overall in fact very similar to that Guigal Hermitage 78. Fully developed, but still in prime drinking, fine and peppery, animal, touch of honey.
