Tuesday, May 8, 2012 - Krisch, garrigue, herbs, black raspberry and fresh herbal scents open to a medium bodied, fresh, acidic and still youthfully tannic Peagu. The wine needs a few more years before becoming fun to drink. This is the perfect Chateauneuf for people that find 2003 or 2007 too ripe or concentrated.
