Thursday, August 16, 2012 - Drank over 2 days. A bit shut down on day 1. Clean, reserved, and tannic structure is clearly there. Not as expressive with the earthy and floral notes that I've found in other Pegaus. Deeper plum and floral notes came out on day 2, but still a notch below other vintages I've had. Still a favorite to drink but maybe needs a bit more time to reach full potential.
