Monday, October 26, 2020 - This was disappointing. It was very roasted and seemingly tired. We tried it right away then gave it plenty of air. Put it in the fridge and then tried it again the next day. It's just roasted and tired or it was exposed to some sort of heat that didn't cause it to leak or even penetrate the cork which was only stained at the top.
