Wednesday, November 29, 2023 - Probably one of the best 1984 old Bordeaux I drank. I like the aged Bordeaux and this is delicious. Pronounced nose intensity with notes of mushroom, tea, spices, toast, cedar. Medium acidity and medium tannin. Slow ox for 1 - 2 hours. Drink up now. Will not improve.
