Monday, January 1, 2007 - Bright pale straw gold. Nose is heady with tropical fruit and buttery oak. Mouth entry is firm and sweetly fruited. Mid-palate fills out with nice complexity and a touch of oak butteriness. Finish is creamy and a touch spicy. Very nice indeed in quite a buxom style. ***
