Saturday, July 21, 2007 - Starting to turn a bright golden color. Touch reduced when first opened. It needed to shed a bit of Sulpher as well. After about ah hour, it really started to come around. Some toasty oak on the nose along with quince, Marzipana and bread pudding. Spine of acidity that kept it all together.
