Saturday, February 1, 2020 - Purchased ex-chateau last summer, so great provenance. Drinking perfectly, paired with seared a5 wagyu and was heavenly pairing, with the whole greater than the sum of its parts. Tannins still strong enough to stand up, but nicely integrated. Black fruit abounds. Very nice.
