Monday, June 17, 2019 - Brunello di Montalcino 2013 tasting (Restaurant Vineum, Rotterdam, NL): Tasted blind. Relatively youthful appearance, just starting to brown at the edges; classic Sangiovese nose but quite stalky, roses; the palate is slender but the firm tannins do not stick out in any way; the finish is quite hot and alcoholic. Not sure about this one, but it should turn out well.
