Friday, April 21, 2017 - Pnp a glass and then left the bottle open for 2 days in the fridge before trying again. In managed to put on some weight and was great to drink. Has a lot of characteristics that remind me of an aged port except it's not sweet. Still pretty tannic so will lay the remaining bottles down for a couple of years before trying again.
