Sunday, February 22, 2015 - Medium-dark red violet color. Effusively floral in the nose, with wood smoke, raw meat gaminess and liver's minerality. On arrival, smooth and fine persistent tannin and balanced acidity. Flavors led by mints and olives. Good fruit, smoked beef, menthol, salty. Finishes long, slow, drying. Bottle #8 of twelve.
